Our Story

At Hynd’s Pines Christmas Trees, everything began with a simple dream! To create something magical for families, right here on our farm.

After years as a stay-at-home mum, once our kids were off to school, I knew I wanted to keep working from home. A close friend who had been growing Christmas trees for over 30 years suggested to give it a go. The idea planted a seed! Literally! We knew we had to do something a little different.

So, we added a twist and that was creating a magical Christmas Store filled with beautiful, handpicked decorations, gifts and festive treasure. A place where the joy of choosing your tree could blend seamlessly with the magic of Christmas.

In 2021 we planted our first 2000 trees, during a weeklong working bee surrounded by friends and family. It was a huge effort, and this laid the roots for something truly special.

Then came the Christmas barn. A long-time friend stepped in and said, “I’m going to build your amazing Christmas space”, and he sure did that! My Husband along side him created the most incredible magical Shop, where we can all gather and soak up the Christmas spirit.

As a mum, I was always on the lookout for places to take my kids, especially somewhere they could run free and connect with nature. This is what I wanted to create for others. A place where families, especially those living in town without much space, could come and make beautiful memories together.

Every year, a dear friend who lives and breathes Christmas helps bring the shop to life with her most beautiful festive touches. She pours her heart into every detail, and it shows. Her love for Christmas fills our space with warmth and just the right amount of sparkle.

Now in our fourth season, Hynd’s Pines has grown into more then just a tree farm. It’s a place where little ones can run between rows of pines, where parents slow down and take it all in, and where Christmas magic is real.
